Food: Bakery
Phone: 503.780.8212
Trailer:
21 ft. 1979 Terry

One would be hard pressed to find a roving bakery, let alone one that offers such a variety of great turnovers, cookies, brownies, sticky buns, cinnamon rolls… the list just goes on. Love the cinnamon rolls!

We’ve all seen bump outs, but Bob took this idea to extreme by building a bump out convection oven. This gives him room for his double sink and full size Hobart mixer.

Bob is his own man, taking his experience as the head bread mixer at the Eldorado Casino in Reno, Nevada before deciding to strike out on the road to freedom.

“I didn’t know how to buy a trailer,” Bob told me. But after three years of working part-time on his build-out, he’s now “rolling in dough!”

Brother Bob’s Roving Bakery is easy find and not far off the I-5 with some decent parking along the side streets if you’re towing. You can’t miss it – just look for Bob’s mustache!

About Shelah Johnson

I’m a total trailer chick. I live full time in my 1976 – 31’ Airstream Excella 500 which is parked on an island in the middle of two converging river in the Pacific Northwest. Working in marketing and business development can be very stressful but my trailer allows me to be on vacation every day, at least for part of the day. And it keeps me in touch with my more bohemian side.
